Microsoft is SERIOUS about Cloud computing!!!

Steve Ballmer proved it yesterday when he spoke at the University of Washington. For almost an hour her covered almost every aspect of Microsoft’s business and how it is influenced bu the Cloud.

In his speech Steve Ballmer focused on the following 5 dimensions:

  • The Cloud creates opportunities and responsibilities
  • The Cloud learns and helps you learn, decide and take action
  • The Cloud enhances your social and professional interactions
  • The Cloud wants smarter devices
  • The Cloud drives server advances that drive the cloud

Steve finished his speech by saying “The Cloud fuels Microsoft, and Microsoft fuels the Cloud”.
